This Central Coast home has been decorated in harmony with its surroundings. Streamlined furniture and generous comfy sofas open to spectacular views echoed in the sun-bleached colours and beachcomber accessories. We selected a palette from the natural environment – soft blues, charcoal, black and white extending to driftwood shades against the warm tones of rustic timber. The background is neutral which allows character pieces to show individuality – an amazing table or dramatic fireplace. The furniture textures are rustic, industrial or weathered and fabrics chosen for their comfort and durability. Cane cubes double as side tables, wooden bowls hold collections of shells and fishing floats adding to the coastal feel. Large shapely bottles complement the blues of the aboriginal artwork.
